RULES AND GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW

 

Thank you for choosing us for your stay! We want you to have an enjoyable and fun time, but in the interest of all guests, we have a few rules and guidelines that must be followed during your stay. VIOLATORS OF THE RULES WILL RESULT IN EXPULSION WITH NO REFUND. WE ASK THAT YOU REPORT ANY VIOLATIONS IMMEDIATELY.

 

This is a clothing-optional venue with a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere.  Everyone should enjoy themselves at their own comfort level in a completely safe-zone and free of any judgment. 

 

You may be completely naked anywhere behind the main building, not in the driveway or anywhere that the viewing public can see from the entry of the property. 

 

You are responsible to keep yourself out of the public view at all times in front of the main building.

 

Discrimination by sex, race, color, religious belief, political affiliation or sexual orientation is not permitted or tolerated.

 

No Firearms allowed on this property. They must be secured in your vehicle and never be seen.

 

ALL PETS must be kept on a leash at all times. They are not allowed in the pool or palapa area. Also you must pick up after your pet. No animals should be allowed in our landscaping as it's very delicate.

 

All guests must be over the age of 25. Absolutely NO visitors outside of the registered guest of the property. Any others will be considered trespassing.  If you are wanting an additional guest, please ask them to reserve their own reservation by going online or reaching out to us.

 

WE DO NOT HAVE LIFEGUARDS ON THE PROPERTY! PLEASE USE PROPER JUDGMENT THAT IS BEST FOR YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH.

 

NO DIVING OR JUMPING INTO THE SWIMMING POOL OR SPA.

 

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS INCLUDING BEER BOTTLES IN OR AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL AND SPA AREAS.

 

ALWAYS SIT ON A TOWEL WHEN SITTING BARE ON OUR FURNITURE.

 

No sanitary products or wipes should be flushed down any of the toilets.

 

Cell phones may be used but ABSOLUTELY NO photos or videos of the guests without their prior consent. It is very important to protect the privacy and anonymity  of all of our guests. If this rule is broken - (YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE-NO DEBATE-NO DISCUSSION-NO TOLERANCE).

 

Sexual harassment of any kind is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to unwanted advances, touching of others or yourself in a sexually suggestive way, staring or watching others that would suggest harassment. YOU WILL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY…WHEN IN DOUBT… DON'T!!

 

Lewd/sexual behavior of any kind in any common area is strictly forbidden. Although swingers are welcome, THIS IS NOT A SWINGERS RESORT!! Sexual behavior & activities are not permitted in common areas and must be kept in the confines of your room, tent or RV.

 

Obnoxious/rude behavior is not allowed. ILLEGAL DRUG USE IS NOT ALLOWED! (Marijuana in your private area would be the exception but not indoors and at your own risk - please respect other guests not interested). Excessive alcohol consumption or drunkenness that puts you or others in harms way will not be tolerated. MOST IMPORTANTLY PLEASE DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE! WE CAN HELP PROVIDE A RIDE OR A ROOM!

 

The outdoor kitchen is available for all guests to use. We ask that you only use what you bring in the refrigerator. Please clean up after yourselves.

 

In the event of an emergency, Call 911 - Please remember to give them the gate code. Any localized issues we can help with please text or call 281-702-2190.  We will keep you anonymous with any complaints.

 

QUIET TIME IS 11:00 P.M. No private bluetooth speakers without permission because we play music for everyone. 

 

All tent or day pass customers not staying in a tent must leave at dusk without additional permission to stay longer.

 

To be allowed to stay you must agree and follow the above rules. We want everyone to have the best time and enjoy your stay.
